Past Performance
& Federal Experience

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOSB), Power 2 Transform brings a unique advantage to government agencies: we’ve been on both sides of the table. Our team combines proven past performance delivering leadership development solutions to agencies like NASA and the Army Contracting Command with decades of federal service experience inside the Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force.

We understand the culture, challenges, and mission-driven demands of government work. That insight allows us to design and deliver training that not only meets contract requirements but also drives measurable impact—helping leaders take ownership, strengthen collaboration, and achieve results that last.
