The Everything DiSC® Management Learning Experience
Understanding yourself is the first step to becoming a more effective and productive manager. This training was created to help participants deepen their understanding of themselves, while learning how their management style influences their approach to decision-making, time management, and problem-solving.
Participants will also improve their understanding of their direct reports and their own managers using the DiSC® model. They walk away with concrete strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people. The Management training session teaches leaders to successfully engage, motivate, and develop their people.
STEP ONE: THE PROFILE
Complete the Everything DiSC® Management Profile
Participants are asked to complete a personalized research-based, online assessment. The Everything DiSC Management Profile offers you insight into your strengths and challenges as a manager, and how to adapt your style to meet the needs of the people you manage.
This profile will also lead you to explore strategies for effectively directing and delegating, improving your working relationship with your own manager, and more.

STEP 2: ATTEND A Training
Join an In-Person or Virtual Event
John's trainings aren’t facilitated like a typical class. Learners will participate in activities and partner discussions. You will engage in video and other activities to understand details about your DiSC Style. As a participant, you will also develop action plans for implementing what you've learned. A standard, interactive session lasts 3 hours.

STEP 3: COACHING
Individual Session
Each training includes a follow-up individual 30-minute virtual coaching session to ensure participants understand how to implement what they have learned. John's coaching sessions will educate you on how to use the DiSC profile results to your advantage to succeed in your profession. Together, you will map out strategies for dealing with specific situations and create objectives for your long-term career.
