John
Bentley, Founder and President of Power 2 Transform, offers
26 years of leadership and employee development experience
to every organization he proudly serves. John honed his
exception skill set throughout his 21-year military career
where he personally built and led more than 25 high
performing teams across 5 different continents. His “Nuts &
Bolts” ability to translate otherwise complex people issues
into everyday practical business solutions has resulted in
many industry awards for educational and organizational
excellence.
John is actively involved with Cullman Regional Medical
Center and New Ventures, Inc., providing leadership
development and conflict management training to improve
employee and customer satisfaction. He assisted Healthcare
Development Services with the implementation of HIPPA for
two major Health Systems in Georgia and over 100 physician
offices throughout Alabama and Georgia.
To date, John has confidently delivered hundreds of
presentations to more than 10,000 people. He has learned
