5 Enablers of Success - Vision, Skills, Motivation, Resources, and Execution Plan

Each enabler is an integral part of successful transfer of training that achieves business results. If any enabler is missing, a different result occurs. The “Success” result only occurs when all five enablers are present at the right proportion. If any enabler is either missing entirely or exists in insufficient amounts, a different result happens than expected. See the diagram below.
